Recently voted Best Accountant on Bainbridge Island, Frances has been a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of Washington for the past 12 years. She holds a Masters of Science in Taxation specializing in personal and small business taxes. She has assisted a variety of small businesses with payroll, internal accounting, and cash flow management. She has been a resident of Bainbridge Island since 1979 and currently resides in Eagledale.
